Cody got his pine wood derby car for boy scouts and was ready to get working on it. I enlisted the help of my friend Xavier Tafoya who has a wood shop on his property.
Cody prepared and made drawings and a manual to follow.
They had fun and worked hard on the car. They even painted the rims gold.
After they were done we all went out in the back of Xaviers barn, shook up coke cans and shot them with the bow and arrows! That was fun.

Guess who won first place at the Pine wood Derby.... That would be Mr. Cody McCallum. He took first place for the bears. Good work Cody!
